About Us
We know how hard it is to find dog supplies for large dogs. As the owner of a 100lb plus German shepherd, we have searched far and wide to find beds, clothes, and toys that would be suitable for him. Most items we found were for little dogs. Knowing that German 
shepherds can have issues with their hips, we set out to find a big orthopedic dog bed that would also look nice in our living room. Soon we realized that most beds we found where either too small or would "deflate" after a few uses due to Duke being a larger dog. We knew there had to be something better out there.
Large Dog Shoppe has put together a great selection of useable, high quality items for your large breed dog. The official tester is Duke, a 4 year old long haired German shepherd. Jax, the resident cat, tries his hardest to get involved whenever he can. He also enjoys playing fetch and eating dog treats!

Safety:
We use Paypal as our checkout shopping cart. Paypal has been recognized as one of the safest shopping cart systems out there for both buyers and sellers.
We will never resell your information. You can be assured that shopping at Large Dog Shoppe is safe.
Shipping
Most items will ship within 5 business days. If an item is custom made, it will take longer. We ship items USPS, UPS, or FedEx. When we received the tracking number we will pass it on to you.
Returns
If a product fails to meet your expectations, you have 7 days from when you received it to return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. All returns must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. If you have a question about a product's return policy, please contact us.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, you must contact us first for a RMA number. Returns received without a RMA number can not be accepted.

When returning a product we suggest using UPS or the US Postal Service. They have tracking ability and this may help with any issues that arrive. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.

Holiday Items:
Holiday items are non-returnable. This includes costumes and wedding attire. They may be exchanged once for size issues.
Beds:
Due to health issues, we can not accept returns on beds. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us first.
We strive to provide great customer service and we wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but this is simply not possible.
